Hello! After winning a gold, silver, and bronze in the 1992 Olympics I struggled with my health. In fact, my health problems took me out of the sport I loved because I had NO IDEA how to care for my body properly for all the hard training I was doing. Eventually, nutrient deficiencies and food sensitivities got the best of me. It took me years of education and transformation of my diet to put all the pieces of my health back together.
Now, I help people create & sustain high level performance by taking better care of themselves. My programs teach you nutrition & wellness strategies that keep you on your "A" game! My mission is to empower athletes, parents of athletes, and coaches with education and strategies that help them feel better, recover faster, build more muscle mass, be less injury prone, and experience optimal health while building a stronger spirit.
