Hello! After winning a gold, silver, and bronze in the 1992 Olympics I struggled with my health. In fact, my health problems took me out of the sport I loved because I had NO IDEA how to fuel my body properly for all the hard training I was doing. Eventually, nutrient deficiencies and food sensitivities got the best of me. It took me years of education and transformation of my diet to put all the pieces of my health back together. Now, I help people create & sustain high level performance by taking better care of themselves. My programs teach you nutrition & wellness strategies that keep you on your "A" game! My mission is to empower young athletes with education and fueling strategies that help them recover faster, build more muscle mass, be less injury prone, and experience optimal health.
